BOX ALARM

Just after 3:45PM Units were alerted to BOX# 216 for report of a vehicle fire and was quickly updated to a structure fire.

SQUAD-2 Arrived on scene to find a two-story lightweight construction garage with fire showing from side (A) with one vehicle off inside. The men from SQUAD-2 laid 100' of 3" supply and deployed a 200' crosslay for fire attack. Chief 2-1 arrived just after and held the command for the incident. The fire was rapidly marked under control at 3:53PM. Units operated for approximately 2 hours for overhaul. M.V.F.D. operated with 10 volunteers with assistance from LCFEMS and BVFD.
